We are unique and revolutionising the UK property search function. As a first seen, we give the option to search for more than a location. The world is changing, so should your search! Check out the Location Feature area on the homepage, we’ll show you.
We are completely transparent with our fees, there are no hidden costs, we promise.
You can list as many properties on there as you like, no restrictions.
The prefilled drop-down fields with the option of descriptive free text, help remove the stress of forgetting any key details.
Photos are easily added by uploading straight from your device.
Create, save and/ or delete your account at any time, no contracts.
Securely and confidentially contact each other through the site to discuss the property or terms. You can even book viewings directly.

A little about me – Founder and Managing Director

As a passionate property enthusiast with several successful projects under my belt from the age of 22, I have always felt like there was something missing from the UK market when it comes to selling or renting properties, whether it being residential or commercial. It took me 10 years to figure it out, but as soon as I did, I wanted to share it with the community so they too could have the freedom and money saving tips to help with buying, selling, renting, or moving into their next home.

I can honestly say that I have always wanted to work in the industry, but I do not just work within it, I want to revolutionise it! I have dipped my toes into several roles across the real estate industry, including restoring, renovating, designing, marketing and selling homes across Lincolnshire but I never committed to anything for the main reason mentioned above but also, because my daily 9-5 as senior HR professional kept me locked into being a slave to the wage. Optimistically, until that day comes where I can step away, I will keep flipping houses and hopefully grow my knowledge with the business.

I truly believe that everyone deserves to be in control of their listings, viewings and money. Hopefully, this site will save some of your valuable equity whilst giving you the freedom to market your own home without a middleman.
